Acceptance of terms

By using the DigiCodeAds website or ordering any of our services, you agree to the terms set out here.

Scope of services

We provide website design and development, digital menus, ad campaign management, SEO, brand identity and app development. The scope of each project is defined in the approved quote.

Pricing and payment

• Published prices are in Saudi riyals and may change without prior notice; the price in the signed quote applies.
• 50% is paid when the project starts and 50% on final delivery, unless agreed otherwise.
• The first payment is non-refundable once actual work on the project has started.

Client responsibilities

• Provide the content, images and access details we need on the agreed schedule.
• Ensure they hold the rights to any materials they provide.
• Respond to review requests within a reasonable time to avoid delivery delays.

Timeline and delivery

The timeline starts once we receive the first payment and the required content. Any delay in providing materials extends the delivery time by the same amount.

Changes

Each project includes a set number of revision rounds stated in the quote. Extra revisions or changes to the scope are priced separately.

Intellectual property

Ownership of the delivered designs and code passes to the client once payment is made in full. DigiCodeAds may show the project in its portfolio unless asked otherwise in writing.

Support and warranty

We will fix any software bug caused by our work during the support period included in your package. This does not cover faults caused by third-party changes or hosting problems.

Limitation of liability

DigiCodeAds is not liable for any indirect losses or lost profits. In all cases our liability is limited to the amount paid for the project.

Termination

Either party may end the agreement with written notice; the client pays for the work actually completed up to the termination date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any disputes are resolved accordingly.
